Learn the dangers of long term Lorazepam use. Taper very slowly from Lorazepam or you may have unwanted withdrawal symptoms. Lorazepam is a sedative-hypnotic drug that has a cumulative effect in the brain. Even more so with seniors because they process drugs much more slowly.
