Treating Muscle Spasms in Fibromyalgia

All of us suffer from muscle spasms and twitches from time to time, but those with fibromyalgia often complain of this annoying occurrence as an ongoing condition. The spasms can apparently come and go at any time and occur in any muscle, but most frequently they are in the back and legs.
