Shocking reports have emerged indicating 48 year old superstar singer Whitney Houston was found unresponsive underwater in the bathtub inside her room at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

A female hairstylist allegedly discovered Whitney submerged in the bathroom, and immediately prompted a bodyguard nearby to perform CPR. Hotel security and paramedics rushed to the scene, but unfortunately, it was too late and the legendary songstress was pronounced dead at 3:55 PM.

Sources tell Radar Online that prescription drugs were present inside Whitney Houston’s hotel room.

Lorazepam, Valium, and Xanax, which are all sedatives, as well as a sleeping medication were officially taken into custody by the Beverly Hills Police Department.

An autopsy report has been completed and revealed Whitney DID have water in her lungs when she died. However, in order to be officially ruled as death as a result of drowning, the medical examiner needs to see exactly how much water there actually was.
