Drinking coffee could be good for your skin

This week the Daily Mail reported that drinking coffee could be good for your skin. “Having four cups per day lowered the risk of rosacea by 20 percent in comparison with those who drank one cup per month”, according to the Mail Online website. Evidence has been found in the past that drinking coffee could help reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, diabetes and depression.
